Job Title : Cisco Network Infrastructure Administrator (with experience on Juniper MX and Cisco Nexus and AnyConnect, transport applications and Project Management etc.)

Job Location : Pleasanton, California (It is a suburb in the San Francisco Bay Area)

Job Type : Full time (This position may require travel and or relocation)

Interview Type : Telephonic with Skype

Required:

• At least 7 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.

• At least 6 years of expertise in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, wireless access points and controllers.

• Must have design implementation and operational experience with; Enterprise/carrier-class routers and switches (Juniper MX and Cisco Nexus preferred).

• Knowledgeable in transport application and network infrastructure protocols (SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, and Microsoft AD).

• Possess an understanding of how to support these applications/ protocols when accessed through VPN and firewall appliances.

• Hands-on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL VPN, WebVPN, AnyConnect, etc.).

• Experience in BGP, OSPF, and MPLS (traffic engineering implementation).

• Extensive experience in Load Balancers and operational experience across multiple vendors; preferably F5.

• Planning and Co-ordination skills. Experience with project management.

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.

• Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent but should be from an accredited Institution/University. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
