Chocolate Machine Operator

We're looking for a Chocolate Machine Operator to join our Super Store in Amsterdam! Your #1 goal is to be responsible for the production, the first-line maintenance of the machine (parts) and working within the QA/SHE standards. The result KPIs on which the operators are judged are the lead time from order to delivery for the bars, availability and First Time Good (FTG).

As an operator, you start the production process, keep the production line up-and-running and close the line. In addition, you operate all parts of the line and you can accurately and reliably follow the correct processes and procedures. All activities take place within the frameworks set for this purpose, such as quality standards (Hygiene code & Tony's product quality system) and legal regulations. You report to the Unlimiteds Captain and Co-captain. Do you see yourself in the above, you love chocolate and you have fun handling a machine? Then this is surely a dream job for you!

What you will do:

• Handle the production of chocolate bars and personalized wrapping papers independently during your shift

• Ensure hygiene and tidiness of your workplace at top level

• Produce according to our Ultimate Bar standards

• Make sure the start-up, the production process and the closing are a smooth process, where you keep working along the standard operating procedures

• Monitor deviations, make improvements on the machine

• If the Choco Machine is in a bad mood, you know how to make it smile again: You make yourself familiar with the easy fixes and have a healthy interest in the bigger issues

• Stay calm at all times – visitors of the Tony’s Super Store can see you through a window

• Wave and smile when people knock on the window :)

• Engage with visitors of the store during quiet production times by explaining to them how the machine works or by telling your best joke
