Childcare Worker
The Heights Preschool Ministry is seeking caring, dependable, and Christ-centered Childcare Workers who are passionate about nurturing young children in a safe, engaging, and faith-filled environment. This role supports children from birth through Pre-K by providing attentive care, age-appropriate activities, and a warm atmosphere that reflects God’s love.
Childcare Workers play an important role in encouraging early development, supporting creative learning, and partnering with families and ministry staff to create meaningful experiences for every child entrusted to our care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for children from birth to Pre-K
Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
Assist with and carry out Bible-based lessons, stories, crafts, and activities provided by the ministry
Encourage positive behavior, creativity, and social development
Perform routine childcare tasks including diaper changes, restroom assistance, and helping children with basic needs
Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and play areas, including light cleaning after each shift
Communicate respectfully and professionally with ministry leaders, staff, and parents
Model Christ-like behavior and values in all interactions
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 15 years of age
