Joanna’s Nannies is hiring experienced caregivers to support busy families throughout the San Jose and South Bay area. We’re searching for someone who is adaptable, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with children of different ages and personalities.

Our team works with families needing reliable childcare coverage during the week, giving nannies the opportunity to experience a variety of home environments while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. This role is ideal for someone looking for steady opportunities without being tied to one household every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities can include:

Keeping children engaged through play, reading, and activities

Supporting nap, meal, and after-school routines

Providing attentive and dependable care

Helping maintain a positive and organized environment for children

What we’re looking for:

Prior nanny, daycare, teaching, or childcare experience

Dependable transportation

Availability for weekday assignments

Strong communication and professionalism

Confidence caring for multiple age groups
