Office Administrator – Childcare Center
We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our childcare leadership team. This role is critical to the daily success of our center, supporting operations, enrollment, communication, and compliance while helping create a smooth, professional experience for families and staff.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives under pressure, and is committed to excellence in every detail.
What You’ll Do:
Manage front office operations, including phones, emails, and family communication
Support enrollment processes, tours, and registration tracking
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
Assist leadership with scheduling, staffing coordination, and daily operations
Partner with the Director to ensure a high-quality experience for children and families
Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the community

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and customer service mindset
Ownership mentality with a problem-solving approach
Confidence working with systems, data, and administrative tools
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of childcare management experience required
Current, valid driver’s license required
Must be willing to work flexible shifts as needed
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, email systems, etc.)
Knowledge of childcare licensing and compliance preferred
Ability to pass a background check
