Job Status: Full Time (40 hours per week) 12 months

If you love supporting early learning, building strong partnerships, and using grant funding to make powerful things happen, you’ll shine as our Child Care Programs Manager. In this role, you’ll help child care programs grow, ensure resources are used wisely, and lead efforts to secure the grants that keep quality initiatives thriving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead the Way: Oversee child care programs, support providers, and help teams meet quality goals.
Own the Grants: Write, renew, and manage grants; track expenditures; justify budgets; and ensure funding aligns with program goals.
Boost Providers: Support culturally responsive care, help retain and recruit providers, and develop strategies for centers, family providers, and FFN care.
Lead and Inspire Your Team: Recruit staff, support onboarding, set expectations, and keep communication strong and consistent
SKILLS TO WOW US:
Strong grant writing and budgeting skills.
Clear communicator who connects easily with others.
Organized, proactive, and great at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Confident working alongside partners, community groups, and staff
Tech-comfortable: email, databases, Word, Excel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: Associate's degree (AA) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field with three (3) years of experience OR five (5) years of relevant work experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or any bachelor's degree with 30 college credits in Child Development with one (1) year experience.
