The Opportunity

Fueling Brains Academy - Walden, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Child Care Aid to join our dynamic team. This position involves supporting a preschooler in our child care center, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to a preschooler with diverse abilities in a daycare classroom setting.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the child.

Assist in daily activities, ensuring the child's unique needs are met.

Collaborate with the classroom teacher and other team members to enrich the child's experience.

What You Bring (Preferred Skills and Qualifications)

Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.

Ability to engage and communicate effectively with the child and other team members.

Current criminal record check and First Aid Certification.

Prior experience in a childcare setting is an asset.
