Thriving Minds is a well-regarded pediatric psychology practice and recognized center of excellence for the assessment and treatment of Selective Mutism. We are seeking a motivated psychologist or clinical social worker to join our Ada, Michigan clinic in a specialty-track role focused on building advanced competency and long-term leadership in Selective Mutism treatment.
This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about evidence-based care, eager for mentorship, and excited about becoming deeply skilled in a niche area of pediatric mental health.

Your Role
Provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents (ages 3–20)
Maintain a caseload of approximately 20–25 clients
Focus on the assessment and treatment of Selective Mutism, along with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, and behavioral challenges
Coach and support parents throughout treatment
Collaborate with schools and provide consultation to educators and staff
Engage in ongoing learning and consultation
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $100,000+ annually

Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology or social work
Must hold (or be eligible for) Michigan LP, LLP, TLLP, LMSW
Training and experience in CBT/behavioral therapy and parent-focused interventions
Passion for working with children and families
Experience with Selective Mutism preferred, but not required—Thriving Minds provides extensive training and mentorship to develop expertise
