Fly 7 takes care of the complete management of the aircraft (crew, flight operations, maintenance, accounting) and offers its customers the possibility to charter their aircraft in order to offset part of the ownership costs or to generate a net profit.
Fly 7 ATO is the training division of Fly 7, delivering pilot training that is closely integrated with the company’s real-world charter and aircraft operations.
Fly 7 ATO is currently seeking its Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and leadership abilities, as well as exceptional attention to detail. He/She will be responsible for developing pedagogical material, implementing and monitoring Fly 7 ATO standards, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and policies, and introducing modern tools to deliver state‑of‑the‑art pilot training.
Responsibilities:
Act as Commander on Pilatus PC-12 SET aircraft within FLY7’s commercial operations.
Integrate the latest technology into ground training to maintain FLY7’s leadership in its category.
Train, supervise, and standardize ground instructors.
Develop teaching material and ensure pedagogical continuity between theoretical courses and flight training across all ATO programs.
In cooperation with the CFI, develop and implement instructor training and refresher programs.
Record and analyze occurrences and deviations from standards, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Promote a safety‑ and compliance‑driven corporate culture in a positive working environment.
Manage and plan continuous education and career development for team members.
Support the quality and administrative teams of the group within ground training scope.
Profile:
CPL (A) with instructor qualification.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Customer‑oriented mindset with an interest in innovative training solutions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English; French and/or German is an asset.
Experience on Pilatus aircraft is a plus.
Based in Lausanne.
