We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, engineering excellence, and product innovation. This role requires a seasoned Engineering Head and Technology Head who can scale high-performing teams, architect robust systems, and align technology initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership maturity, and strategic thinking to drive long-term growth.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s overall technology vision, roadmap, and architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture centered on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the Engineering Head, overseeing end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Serve as the Technology Head, driving decisions on tech stack, system architecture, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Build, scale, and manage distributed engineering teams while ensuring best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and leadership teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish strong engineering processes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are embedded across systems and platforms.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage and innovation.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and infrastructure planning.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Head or Technology Head in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in software architecture, system design, and scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on expertise in modern programming languages, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in building and leading large engineering teams with a focus on performance and career development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make high-impact technical decisions.
• Knowledge of data engineering, AI/ML integration, and analytics platforms is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–18 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles.
• Prior experience in scaling technology for startups or high-growth organizations is highly preferred.
