Who We Are
Zinda Law Group is one of the fastest-growing personal injury law firms in the country. Zlayt AI is our legal
tech SaaS arm — built to transform how law firms operate through intelligent automation, AI-powered
workflows, and modern software platforms. We move fast, we build bold, and we are not interested in the way
things have always been done.
We are looking for a CTO who is wired the same way.
The Opportunity
This is not a title. This is a builder's seat at one of the most exciting intersections in tech right now - AI+Legal.
As CTO, you will architect and launch the technology platforms that power Zlayt AI and support Zinda Law
Group's operations. You will be hands-on from day one — writing code, launching products, and integrating AI
into everything we touch — while simultaneously hiring and building the engineering team around you.
If you need a large team before you can ship, this role is not for you. If you can go from idea to MVP in days
and have a bias for action that borders on obsessive, keep reading.
What You Will Do
Build & Launch Products
Architect and ship new AI-powered SaaS platforms and legal tech products
Take ideas from concept to working product at high velocity
Launch MVPs fast, iterate faster
Lead AI Integration
Embed AI and automation into every layer of the product stack
Identify and implement cutting-edge AI tools that compress timelines and multiply output
Build AI-powered features that create real competitive advantage in the legal space
Own the Technical Architecture
Design scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure
Establish system integrations, APIs, and automation pipelines
Ensure platform uptime, security, and performance at scale
Build the Team
Hire and develop a world-class engineering team as the company scales
Set development standards, CI/CD workflows, and sprint cadences
Create an engineering culture obsessed with speed and quality
Drive Technology Strategy
Define and own the long-term technology roadmap
Evaluate emerging technologies and bring the best ones into our stack
Partner with the CEO and COO to align technology with business growth
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of software engineering experience
Proven track record of launching products from 0 → 1
Deep experience with AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms
Strong technical architecture and cloud infrastructure experience
Startup or high-growth company background — you know what it means to build with limited resources
Experience hiring and scaling engineering teams
SaaS platform development experience
Compensation
Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000
Performance Bonuses: Tied to product launches, engineering velocity, and platform adoption
Equity / Profit Participation: Available for exceptional candidates who build core platforms

You have only managed engineers but never built systems yourself
You need a fully staffed team before you can produce results
You move slowly, plan endlessly, or require consensus to act
You have never launched a product from scratch
