Als Chief Technology Officer (CTO) ben jij de strategische én technische spil van onze Managed Services-organisatie. Je vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar een duidelijke technologische koers en zorgt dat onze architectuur toekomstbestendig blijft.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je ontwikkelt, bewaakt en communiceert de technologische visie en roadmap voor onze Managed Services-divisie.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige technologie-stack binnen Managed Services, inclusief infrastructuur, cloud en security.

• Je werkt de roadmap voor ons services platform uit: tooling, integraties en automatisering die onze dienstverlening schaalbaar en efficiënt maken.

• Je ontwikkelt en versterkt onze Managed Services-oplossingen en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke commerciële en operationele proposities.

• Je geeft vorm aan het portfolio en de positionering van onze diensten in lijn met de bedrijfsstrategie.

• Je levert presales content en solution design aan bij strategische opportuniteiten.

• Je leidt innovatieprojecten (zoals cloudtransformatie, automation, AI-integraties, security by design) die onze diensten differentiëren in de markt.

• Je fungeert als technologie-evangelist voor Xylos, zowel intern als extern, en je versterkt ons thought leadership.

• Je coacht, inspireert en challenget onze technische teams en je bent dé sparringpartner voor management en klanten.

• Je werkt samen met leveranciers en je versterkt onze technologische partnerships.

• Je waakt over de kwaliteit, stabiliteit en veiligheid van onze dienstverlening.
