What should you bring along

Proven experience coordinating large teams of engineers in delivering complex and scalable software solutions

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience setting objectives aligned with company/product area goals and metrics tools to monitor the work of engineers

Prior startup experience or experience in fast-growing and dynamic environments

Experience in Agile development methodologies

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

Focus on productivity and delivering high-quality solutions quickly

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
