The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to join our executive leadership team and lead the next phase of revenue expansion. This is an opportunity for a seasoned sales executive to step into an established and growing organization with real momentum.
The infrastructure is in place. The product works. The market is large and expanding. We operate in four states today and are ready to scale nationwide and beyond. We are looking for a builder who can design, implement, and strengthen the systems, processes, team structure, and accountability required to support sustainable growth.
This leader will combine strategic vision with operational discipline, ensure the company builds a durable revenue engine, and position Proactive Health as a category leader.
We grew 4x in 2025, and we’re building toward the next order of magnitude. We’re looking for someone who has scaled companies through hypergrowth and knows how to put the infrastructure in place for real scale. The market is wide open, and we intend to become the company that defines it.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with long-term company objectives
Lead and scale all revenue-generating functions, including sales, partnerships, and revenue operations
Build structured sales systems, forecasting processes, and performance metrics
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales organization
Establish clear sales playbooks, onboarding programs, and training frameworks
Drive B2B partnership growth across home health, healthcare systems, physician groups, and other referral networks
Ensure strong pipeline visibility, predictable forecasting, and disciplined execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technology, and Operations to align growth strategy
Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels
Provide consistent, data-driven reporting to the CEO
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership
5+ years in a senior or executive-level revenue role
Proven track record of building & scaling revenue in a growth-stage organization
Experience building teams, systems, and infrastructure from the ground up
Strong background in B2B sales; healthcare experience preferred
Deep understanding of CRM systems, forecasting, and revenue analytics
Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing teams
Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities
High accountability and ownership mindset
