Overview of the role
Incisive Media’s leading publication Investment Week is looking for a diligent, enthusiastic and experienced Chief Reporter.
The Chief Reporter will take the lead in seeking out exclusive and off-diary news stories and writing general news.
They will step up to be a key support to the IW news editor and other editors on the team, as well as help newer members to progress.
The Chief Reporter will also regularly write features focusing on key industry themes, exclusive research and interviews with key figures in the investment space, as well as produce multi-media content and start supporting at certain IW events.
Key Responsibilities
Support the news editor and editors to deliver exclusive and insightful content on IW in a timely manner.
Keep ahead of key trends shaping the industry and help set the news agenda for IW
Take the lead in developing exclusive stories for IW and helping to support newer members of the editorial team.
Step up to help with multi-media content and help on certain IW events, including presenting sessions or hosting panels.
