Location: We prioritise candidates who are based in Dubai then consider those working remotely in one of our European Hub Locations (UK, Spain or Germany).

We are looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead and drive the product development strategy for our rapidly growing Crypto DeFi Startup. As a key executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the business area of product development, managing a team of up to 70 professionals, and ensuring our products align with market needs, user demands, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a product leader with deep expertise in DeFi, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems who can translate innovation into sustainable, high-impact products.

Key responsibilities:
• Define and drive the overall product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization of up to 70 members, including product managers, designers, and analysts.

• Ensure a seamless product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, within the decentralized finance (DeFi) space.#

• Oversee the research, design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge DeFi products, ensuring scalability, security, and usability.

• Foster an iterative, data-driven approach to product development, leveraging analytics and user feedback.

• Manage the prioritization of product features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business impact.

• Stay ahead of DeFi trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to drive innovation.

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business teams to create customer-centric DeFi solutions.

• Work closely with engineering, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory adherence and security best practices.

• Drive synergies between product, marketing, and growth teams to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

• Foster an agile, high-performance culture within the product organization.

Job requirements:
• Proven track record as a Chief Product Officer, VP of Product, or Head of Product in a DeFi, crypto, or Web3 startup.

• Experience managing and scaling large product teams (50-70 people) within a high-growth environment.

• Experience leading global, distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

• Expertise in agile methodologies, lean product development, and user-centric design.

• Proficiency with product analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.
