We’re looking for our next VP Product (Chief Product Officer) who can maintain and build upon the step change that we have brought to our product team. Your Mission

Your mission is to lead the product vision and execution at Glovo, shaping the future of our app - used by tens of millions of users in over 2,000 cities across 23 countries—to ensure it becomes the best and most personal delivery app in the world. You’ll drive product innovation, maintain our culture of velocity and impact, and ensure we are always ahead of the curve, building the product that millions of users rely on every day.

In the Journey You Will:

• Lead and scale our product team, fostering a culture of speed, creativity, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure that we maintain and accelerate our product velocity, ensuring tight timelines from discovery to delivery.

• Drive the development and execution of a product strategy that results in meaningful, measurable growth for Glovo’s business.

• Partner closely with senior leaders to define the long-term product vision and ensure alignment across the company.

• Continuously innovate by identifying new opportunities for product improvements and customer engagement.

• Maintain a strong culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring every product release is backed by deep insights and measurable impact.

• Ensure that product releases are aligned with Glovo’s core values, culture, and commitment to excellence.

What You Will Bring to the Ride:

• High mental agility, with the ability to think strategically while executing effectively.

• Creativity and innovation: You will push the boundaries of what’s possible to build a product that’s not only functional but delightful to our users.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization.

• A track record of driving product velocity and delivering on ambitious product roadmaps.
