About the Role:

We are hiring for an education company in Hong Kong that is looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead their business expansion and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education market, strong industry connections, and a proven track record in scaling businesses. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, optimize operations, and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to scale the business and expand market reach.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

• Identify and establish partnerships with schools, institutions, and key stakeholders in the education sector.

• Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.

• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with long-term business goals.

• Manage budgets, resources, and operational KPIs.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in operations, business development, or leadership roles, preferably in education consulting, edtech, or related fields.

• Strong connections in the education industry (schools, universities, counselors, etc.).

• Proven ability to scale businesses and drive expansion.

• Overseas education background is highly preferred.

• Fluent in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
