We’re now looking for a Chief of Staff — a strategic, analytical, and execution-driven professional to work directly with our Founder & CEO.

This is a high-impact role at the center of our operations, helping drive focus, alignment, and scale across our fast-growing global organization.

What You’ll Do

Be the CEO’s Strategic Partner
Act as the right hand of the Founder & CEO, driving clarity, accountability, and execution across the company. You’ll help turn strategy into action.

Orchestrate Company-Wide Alignment
Lead and coordinate the OKR and KPI processes, ensuring all departments—Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations—stay focused on shared goals.

Drive Strategic Initiatives
Research markets, competitors, and industry trends to prepare insights and recommendations that support executive decisions.

Manage Business Intelligence
Analyze key business metrics such as revenue, churn, pipeline, and customer insights—turning data into actionable outcomes.

Support Growth & M&A Relations
Prepare board decks, investor updates, and due diligence materials, ensuring consistent communication of performance and growth story.

Connect the Dots
Facilitate collaboration across teams, manage follow-ups, and ensure the execution of key initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Build for Scale
Support hiring and onboarding, optimize internal processes, and help design systems that enable the company to grow efficiently.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, investment banking, or scaling SaaS startups
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data-driven decision-making, financial models, and reporting
• Project management excellence — proven ability to coordinate multiple strategic projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills — capable of interacting with executives, investors, and cross-functional teams
• Hands-on & proactive — you take ownership, solve problems, and move fast when priorities shift
• High integrity and confidentiality — trusted to handle sensitive business information
• Founder’s mindset — resilient, adaptable, and passionate about building from the ground up
