Job Description
The role in one line
Right hand to the CEO of Natuvion — owning the highest-leverage strategic, operational, and entrepreneurial work shaping the company’s next chapter.
Why this role exists
Natuvion is the global leader in SAP data and business transformation, now part of NTT DATA. We are scaling internationally (USA, Brazil, Japan, beyond), incubating new ventures around AI-native transformation, and operating at the intersection of enterprise software, AI, and global system integration. The agenda has outgrown a single calendar. We are hiring a partner who can carry workstreams end-to-end, sharpen thinking on complex topics, and act with the CEO’s mandate when speed matters.
What you will actually do
You work directly with — and as an extension of — the CEO. No two weeks look the same, but the mix includes:
• Strategy & market analysis. Lead deep dives on AI transformation, competitive positioning (Palantir, hyperscalers, the SAP partner ecosystem), market sizing, go-to-market strategies and M&A targets. Translate analysis into decisions.
• Corporate Venture building. Help build new ventures around AI-native SAP transformation from a blank page — thesis, business model, hiring plan, go-to-market.
• International entity build-out. Drive set-up of Natuvion entities in Brazil and Japan: legal structuring with external advisors, local recruiting, market entry plans, and alignment with NTT DATA.
• Board & stakeholder work. Prepare board materials, investor briefings, and NTT alignment documents. Own the narrative quality of what leaves the office.
• CEO operations. Filter, prioritize, and quarterback the CEO agenda. Run point on the topics no one else owns yet.
• Special strategic projects. Whatever the next critical thing is. You pick it up and run.
