Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives across corporate finance, digital transformation, and business growth.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
• Translate business priorities into actionable plans, tracking progress through structured dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reporting.
• Act as a central coordination point across departments, ensuring seamless communication and execution of key initiatives.
• Conduct financial and business analysis to support decision-making, investment planning, and growth strategies.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and insights for leadership and board discussions.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions proactively.
• Support organizational scaling by building processes, frameworks, and governance mechanisms that enable sustainable growth.

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, or business operations roles.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, including financial planning, analysis, and business performance management.
• Proven experience driving or supporting digital transformation initiatives within organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-impact projects and work closely with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience in high-growth or consulting-driven environments is highly preferred.
