The Impact You’ll Make

As Chief of Staff you will act as the right hand to our VP of Strategic Finance, supporting a growing organization that includes Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and Finance.

You will help drive efficiency, prioritization, and strategic execution across multiple teams, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is a unique blend of analytical insight, organizational mastery, and business exposure — ideal for someone ambitious, resourceful, and eager to learn from a world-class finance leader.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Support the VP of Strategic Finance in managing priorities, scheduling, and team alignment.

• Prepare and review key materials such as reports, pre-reads, presentations, and financial dashboards.

• Analyze data and business performance to generate insights that drive decision-making.

• Coordinate strategic initiatives across teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

• Organize and maintain structured documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high professional standards.

• Provide occasional personal and logistical support to the VP to optimize focus and efficiency.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong command of Excel.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of diverse projects
