We are seeking a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and trusted Chief of Staff to work closely with the MD/CEO. This role will act as a force multiplier for leadership—ensuring focus, alignment, execution rigor, and seamless communication across the organization.

The ideal candidate will combine analytical strength, business acumen, and operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

1. Executive & Leadership Support

• Prepare, review, and refine correspondence, presentations, reports, and executive documents.
• Act as a strategic gatekeeper, managing communication and prioritization on behalf of the MD/CEO.
• Ensure leadership focus remains aligned with high-impact priorities.

2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a central liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Facilitate seamless communication across departments and senior leadership.
• Track action items from meetings, strategic decisions, and leadership reviews to ensure timely execution.
• Align teams proactively to reduce escalation and optimize executive bandwidth.

3. Strategic & Project Oversight

• Support tracking and execution of strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide projects.
• Compile data, analyze business performance metrics, and prepare dashboards and executive updates.
• Assist in planning and coordinating leadership offsites, strategic reviews, and board-level meetings.
• Maintain visibility on CEO priorities, upcoming decisions, and critical deadlines.
• Prepare structured meeting agendas and ensure participants are aligned in advance.
• Where appropriate, act as a “deputy” to guide teams, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and maintain execution momentum.

4. Confidentiality & Governance

• Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Ensure adherence to data security, document control, and confidentiality protocols.
