Job Description
Type: Full-time
Location: Latin America (Remote, US Time Overlap Required)
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Company: Sanctuary
About us
We are a US-based real estate development company creating spaces that blend design, nature, and human connection. Our first residential community in the Texas Hill Country spans 100+ acres of preserved nature, built with non-toxic materials, clean water systems, and EMF-conscious design for people who care about how they live, not just where they live.
Our international team of 20+ people across India, Europe, and the US includes architects, designers, engineers, and creatives - all driven by one mission: to design spaces that inspire wellness, sustainability, and conscious living.
We operate at the intersection of:
• Luxury land development
• Long-horizon real estate strategy
• Architectural innovation
• Founder-led vision
• Multi-entity, cross-border operations
This is not a traditional corporate environment.
It is high-trust, high-velocity, high-accountability.
We are entering a scaling phase. Structure must now match ambition.
Role
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to improve execution quality across the company.
This role exists to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through.
The CEO should not be tracking small tasks, writing follow-up notes, or chasing updates. You will build the systems that prevent that.
This is a hands-on operator role.
Responsibilities
• Convert CEO priorities into clear, documented execution plans
• Build and maintain initiative trackers and dashboards
• Run leadership meeting structure (agenda, notes, action tracking)
• Ensure every major initiative has clear ownership and deadlines
• Follow up consistently until outcomes are delivered
• Identify execution gaps and fix them early
• Drive high-priority projects independently
You are accountable for execution discipline.
Candidate Profile
• 6-12 years in strategy, consulting, operations, or high-growth environments
• Extremely structured and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and financial literacy
• Clear, concise communicator
• Comfortable working directly with a CEO
• High ownership mindset
• Does not wait to be told what to do
We are looking for an excellent operator.
Working Expectations
• Professional-level English
• At least 6 hours daily overlap with US Central Time
• Responsive during working hours
• Comfortable in a high-accountability environment
If you are structured, disciplined, and execution-focused - apply.
Send your resume and a brief video outlining you interest and one complex initiative you led end-to-end.
