• Develop change management strategies for major technology initiatives, from planning through post implementation.
• Ensure successful user adoption through thoughtful communication, training alignment, and ongoing support.
• Take responsibility not just for deployment, but for measurable usage, effectiveness, and business impact.

• Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to maintain a strong cybersecurity and risk management posture.
• Support incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance with applicable regulatory and audit requirements.
• Ensure technology risks are understood, managed, and communicated appropriately to firm leadership.

Governance, Vendor & Financial Management

• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and decision-making processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance across the technology ecosystem.
• Own technology budgeting, capital planning, and ROI evaluation for major initiatives.

Talent & Organizational Leadership

• Build, lead, and develop a high performing IT organization spanning infrastructure, applications, security, and support.
• Recruit and retain top technical talent while fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the IT organization is structured to scale with the firm’s growth and evolving service offerings.
