As Chief Financial Officer, you will help us build the most advanced, scalable, tech-first advisory boutique and be a core member of GP Bullhound’s leadership team. You will shape and own the firm’s financial strategy, helping steer an entrepreneurial, partner-led investment bank through its next phase of growth.
This is a senior, high-impact role combining strategic judgment with hands-on execution. You will work closely with partners on commercial decisions, deal economics and long-term value creation, while ensuring the firm maintains financial discipline, resilience and regulatory excellence.
You will be expected to think like an owner, balancing growth, investment and risk, and contributing meaningfully to firm-wide strategic discussions beyond finance.
The Team
You will build, lead and mentor a high-calibre international finance team spanning FP&A, accounting, reporting and operational finance.
Responsibilities
• Own an AI & Technology-first finance and organisational strategy
• Systematically deploy technology to drive scalability, insight, and operating leverage
• Own partner compensation, bonus pools, and long-term incentive structures
• Lead success-fee revenue forecasting in an M&A-driven business
• Strategic partner to Founders and Partner group
• Manage institutional equity investment processes and corporate RCF / loan facilities
• Drive cost discipline and margin optimisation while enabling growth
• Lead corporate structuring, tax planning, and multi-jurisdiction entities
• Own FP&A, forecasting, cash management, and management reporting
• Oversee audit, tax, banking, insurance, and regulatory relationships (FCA)
• Build and lead a high-calibre finance team
