Chief Financial Officer

IBMC is assisting one of our clients, a global Digital Marketing agency specialized in the Prop Trading industry, in hiring an experienced Chief Financial Officer. Our client operates in a high-growth, international environment, providing strategic marketing solutions for financial firms worldwide.

We are looking for a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial operations and drive high-level decision-making. The ideal candidate is a senior finance leader with a background in business consulting or agency work, possessing the expertise to manage international financial complexities and ensure long-term scalability and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to drive business growth.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the CEOs.
• Capital Management: Manage the company’s capital structure and ensure financial sustainability across global operations.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise accounting operations, ensuring total accuracy, transparency, and compliance with international financial standards.
• Corporate Governance: Establish and enforce effective internal controls, systems, and reporting processes to safeguard company assets.
• Inter-company Finance: Oversee inter-company transactions, transfer pricing, and cost allocations within the global corporate structure.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver timely and reliable financial reports to support board-level decision-making and strategic pivots.

Requirements:
• Experience: Proven track record as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader, ideally within a startup or high-growth agency environment.
• Education & Certification: Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or an advanced degree (MBA in Finance) is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, corporate governance, and advanced financial modeling.
• Systems & Processes: Proven experience in implementing scalable financial systems and robust internal controls.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Industry Background: Experience working in international companies with exposure to business consulting or agency-style operations.
