Our mission is to make electrification both possible and compelling for every vehicle OEM, by providing tailored, cost-effective battery packs with unmatched speed and flexibility.
By integrating proprietary software, mechanical design, and manufacturing technologies into a single technology stack we call Arc, we deliver custom battery systems that meet a wide range of energy, power, and lifecycle requirements. Our chemistry-agnostic, scalable designs are built to accelerate the journey to net zero for our customers.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Fractional CFO to guide IONETIC through our next critical phase of growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in securing the funding required to scale our operations, expand our market reach, and solidify our position as a leader in battery technology. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of an innovative deep-tech company on a mission to accelerate electrification.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with the investment community.
Skills and Experience
Proven track record of successfully raising significant funding rounds (e.g., Series A, B) for technology start-ups.
Extensive experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, or a senior finance leader within a high-growth environment.
A strong and active network of contacts within the venture capital and investment communities.
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation in a start-up context.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or deep-tech industries is highly desirable.
A strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
