Chief Finance Officer
Mykonos, Paraga
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Chief Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, financial planning and reporting, ensuring fiscal health, managing budgets, forecasting, and securing funding for the company's long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Financial Operations: Manages all financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, financial reporting, and compliance.
Risk Management: Identifies financial risks, implements controls, and develops strategies to mitigate them.
Leadership & Reporting: Builds and leads high-performing finance teams, reports financial status to executives and the board, and acts as the chief financial spokesperson.
Key Duties:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners.
Analyze financial data to find opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
Secure capital and manage the company's funding needs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting.
Experience: Extensive background in financial management and senior accounting roles.
Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking.
Technical: Proficiency in financial software and tools like Excel.
