Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and help shape the next phase of our journey. The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Joint CEOs, the CFO is a trusted strategic partner and key contributor to executive decision-making. You will lead the national finance function and design a resilient financial framework across the Pro AV Holdings Group, supporting project delivery with a strong and scalable base of recurring revenue from managed services. You will play a pivotal role in optimising revenue mix, pricing strategies, margin performance, and capital allocation, while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and financial integrity across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the finance function, building a high-performing, commercially focused team
Partner with the Joint CEOs and Board to drive profit improvement, growth strategy, and investment decisions
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
Deliver strong balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital management
Oversee financial control, compliance, risk management, audit, and statutory reporting
Prepare high-quality Board packs, KPI dashboards, and executive insights
Manage banking, financing arrangements, and external advisors (audit, tax, legal)
Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and data governance
Support operational excellence through data-driven commercial insight
Champion strong governance, integrity, and safety practices across the organisation
About You
You are a confident, credible CFO who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You enjoy working in dynamic, project-based or services environments and know how to translate numbers into meaningful business decisions.
You bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting
CA or CPA qualification (essential)
MBA or equivalent (highly desirable)
Strong commercial acumen and strategic judgement
Experience in project-based and/or managed services businesses
Proven ability to influence at executive and Board level
A track record of improving margins, cash flow, and operational performance
Strong leadership capability, with experience building and developing finance teams
High personal integrity and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Proficiency in financial software (,), ERP systems (Q360), Microsoft O365, and Power BI applications.
