We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the C-suite, the CCO will be responsible for driving our company's commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion initiatives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve long-term business objectives
• Lead and oversee all sales, marketing, and business development functions
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders
• Collaborate with other C-level executives to align commercial strategies with overall business goals
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
• Optimize commercial operations to improve efficiency and profitability
• Represent the company at high-level industry events and negotiations
• Foster a culture of innovation and performance within the commercial team
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt strategies to the Saudi Arabian business environment

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
• Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills
• Strong business development acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing leadership
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Superior negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
• Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in deriving market insights
• Experience in international business operations, preferably in the Middle East
• Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business culture and regulations
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Visionary leadership style with a decisive and results-oriented approach
• Must be a Saudi Citizen
