SyberJet Aircraft is seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
to lead all commercial operations, including sales, marketing, business development, and
customer experience. The CCO will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth
strategy, revenue performance, and market expansion. This executive will align commercial
activities with SyberJet’s long-term strategic goals and ensure that every customer interaction
reflects the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and performance in the aviation
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that supports SyberJet’s business objectives, market share growth, and profitability targets.
Sales Leadership:
Direct all sales initiatives, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and global market expansion.
Marketing & Branding:
Oversee marketing, communications, and brand strategy to strengthen market visibility and enhance the SyberJet brand globally.
Business Development:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand SyberJet’s customer base and geographic footprint.
Customer Experience:
Champion customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through delivery and ongoing service.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize market research, data analytics, and performance metrics to guide pricing strategies, market positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Alignment:
Work closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, and other executives to align commercial strategies with operational, financial, and production goals.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams that foster innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, or commercial operations, preferably within the aerospace or high-technology industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large teams, and expanding into new markets.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
