Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and drive revenue growth in our organization. The CCO will be responsible for overseeing all Sales, Business Development and Customer relationship initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company's overall objectives and strategic vision. This executive role requires a blend of strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the IT solutions market in Iraq.


Requirements:
Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with the company's goals.

- Identify new market opportunities and trends to drive growth.

- Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement the company’s long-term vision.

Sales Management:

- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.

- Establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Marketing Oversight:

- Oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.

- Ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales objectives and overall business strategy.

- Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across departments.

Performance Metrics:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and report on progress.

- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology / Computer Engineering.

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within the

B2B IT solutions sector.

- Experience working with international Tech Vendors.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful commercial strategies.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of the B2B IT solutions landscape, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
