ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Organizes that the full potential of the North Asia Supply Base / Spendscape can be identified and assessed

2. Develop Chemical Purchasing Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM) for North Asia, aligned with global

business strategie, incl. short/mid/long term financial targets and risk mitigation

3. Guarantees full achievement of team targets by best in class execution of strategies & action plans

4. Identifies and implements best business partnership in close cooperation with the cross functions, specially EM/Sol

PSA adhesive

5. Cooperates with local purchaser in region and contributes to operational excellence

6. Contributes to deliver bottom line/top line results managing own spend/projects according to yearly/long term

planning and upfront target defined by team leader; helps to document all his/her decisions on suppliers

7. Gain and documents sustainably total value chain, industry and supply base insight/knowledge for Tolling suppliers

at EM/Sol/HMA

8. Defines and manages selected supplier portfolio; selects suppliers; establishes strategic supplier relationship where

appropriate and manages it accordingly

9. Responsible for periodical progress measurement, accuracy of information and data, in-time delivery, audit conform

documentation of all sourcing activities according to purchasing standards.

10. Champion Best Cost Country (BCC) sourcing initiatives for NAP-based suppliers and promote these suppliers to

global standards.

11. Conduct formal Supplier Relationship Management reviews for regional suppliers. Develop Supplier Account Plans,

including Annual Business Reviews, key account issues, and communicate them to stakeholders.

12. Manage supplier relationships, drive productivity improvements, and implement best practices in strategic sourcing,

cost modeling, supplier relationship development, and total cost of ownership.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1，University Degree with major in business admin, chemistry and etc.;

本科学历，化学或者工商管理等相关专业。

2. 5 years+ from manufacturing environment, in commodity and specialty chemical, EM/Sol PSA adhesive is a plus;

5 年以上工厂背景, 在大宗化学品/特殊化学品，在压敏胶领域, 水胶/溶剂胶优先考虑。

3. Working experience with SAP/ SRM  System;

熟练使用SAP/ SRM;

4. Proficient with MS office application; Excel and Power Point are mandatory;

熟练使用各种办公软件； Excel 和PPT 的使用技能是必须的。

5. Experience with international MNC company working environment and

capability to work in the matrix organization;

具备国际化公司的工作背景，并且能在矩阵式组织架构中工作。

6. Ability to travel;

能够执行工作上的差旅要求。

7.英语听说读写流利。
