Are you tired of working 14+ hours a day, 6-7 days a week? Are you looking for stability, career progression and more than 2 consecutive days off? 
Sodexo are seeking an expression of interest from Chefs who would be interested in these full-time roles. Please note, these are for future opportunities and no positions are currently available.
About the Job
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and producing various meals across breakfast, crib, dinner and desserts whilst ensuring the highest standards of safe food handling are met within your kitchen.
We take safety seriously, so adhering to our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues is paramount.
About You
You thrive in a fast paced environment, handle pressure with ease and possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Trade Certificate, such as Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Experience cooking for large numbers, ideally production / bulk / banquet cooking.
• Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts.
• A great attitude - we want you to enjoy going to your job each swing!
