Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Assist in menu planning and preparation of food items in accordance with established recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Participate in food inventory management, including stocking and ordering supplies as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on collaboration and excellence.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance skills and menu offerings.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
• Strong passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to take direction and be open to feedback from senior kitchen staff.
• For more senior roles, previous experience in a similar role and a culinary qualification is advantageous.
