🚀 Contexte

Alten accompagne ses clients sur des projets à forts enjeux de sécurisation financière et d’optimisation des processus comptables. Dans ce cadre, vous interviendrez sur un projet stratégique visant l’industrialisation du traitement des écritures de suspens.

🎯 Vos missions

Au cœur du dispositif projet, vous serez amené(e) à :

• Collecter et analyser les besoins métiers liés à la comptabilité technique

• Piloter les phases de cadrage fonctionnel et contribuer à l’élaboration des scénarios cibles

• Accompagner les métiers dans le choix des solutions

• Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées et dossiers de paramétrage

• Coordonner les travaux entre les équipes métiers, IT et partenaires

• Animer les ateliers, comités et instances projet

• Assurer la planification, le suivi budgétaire et le reporting

• Accompagner les utilisateurs lors des phases de déploiement et conduite du changement

• Veiller au respect des méthodologies et standards projet

• Expérience solide en MOA comptable / finance

• Connaissance des environnements comptabilité technique

• Maîtrise des outils type PeopleSoft appréciée

• Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer des projets critiques
