Job Title: Chef de Partie
Reports to: Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes that showcase our modern, flavour-led menu
Taking ownership of your section and maintaining high standards during every service
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team
Following HACCP and food safety standards at all times
Keeping your workstation clean, organised, and service-ready
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu execution and kitchen operations
Playing your part in reducing food waste and operating a sustainable kitchen
Assisting with stock control, deliveries, and kitchen checks
Candidate Requirement:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-focused kitchen
A genuine passion for food and an eye for detail
A team player who communicates well and supports those around them
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls
The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced service environment
Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
