We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee daily operations of your designated kitchen section, maintaining efficiency and organization
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and company standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes from your section
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and recipe development
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
• Manage food costs, minimize waste, and control stock levels within your section
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
• Adapt to changing needs and assist in other kitchen areas as required
•  Must be a Saudi National
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and presentation
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control
• Up-to-date knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
