Responsibilities: Ensure high quality of food and smooth operation of each kitchen section Assist Head and Sous Chef and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and up to the brand standards Assist Kitchen Management in Health and Safety standards Implement HACCP policies and procedures

Requirements: Essential Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced kitchen Passion to work with fresh, local ingredients Attention to detail and quality Knowledge of English and/or Greek Computer Knowledge Pleasant and dynamic personality Experience as Chef de Partie or Cook A
