We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Chef de Partie – Breakfast to join our kitchen team in a full-time role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early riser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast service. You’ll take responsibility for your breakfast section, ensuring consistency efficiency and exceptional presentation while supporting the wider kitchen team across service.
Working alongside a passionate team, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience each day.
What you’ll do
• Lead and manage your breakfast section, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes across buffet and à la carte offerings
• Maintain consistency, quality and presentation standards at all times
• Support menu development with fresh seasonal ideas
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Contribute to a positive high-performing kitchen culture
• Trade qualified chef with experience in a similar role
• Strong breakfast or high-volume service experience preferred
• A passion for quality produce and well-executed dishes
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A proactive hands-on approach with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-focused environment
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
