• Plan, prepare, and execute authentic Lebanese dishes in line with established recipes and standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency at all times.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
• Develop menus and specials that reflect traditional and contemporary Lebanese cuisine.
• Coordinate with purchasing to source high-quality ingredients.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
