Chef de Cuisine - Magpie & Stump

We’re seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join us at Magpie & Stump! Magpie & Stump guarantees a classic Banff experience complete with tacos, tequila and debauchery. This little piece of Mexico in the mountains serves up tacos, burritos, enchiladas and over 60 tequilas. In the summer months join us on 'El Patio' - our sun-drenched rooftop taco bar. What You’ll Do:

• You don't shy away from working with various types of technology and systems, including the ability to troubleshoot, update, and train others on the use of
• You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality
• As a leader within BHC, you’ll also be an ambassador of our employer brand, always being on the lookout for top talent and assisting with hiring amazing people to join the family, specifically on the kitchen team

What You Have:

• Proven success in a Chef de Cuisine role with some formal training
• Flexible schedule required
• You're not only an amazing team player but also have a knack for bringing others together to work towards a common goal
• You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace culture
