Les Produits de viandes Pac-Rite est une entreprise montréalaise, spécialisée dans le désossage de poitrines et de hauts de cuisse de poulet frais et surgelés. Celle-ci offre également d’autres produits de volaille, ainsi qu’un choix de produits de bœuf. Le chef d’équipe expédition et réception joue un rôle clé dans l’organisation et le bon déroulement des opérations logistiques. Nous recherchons une personne structurée et proactive, capable de superviser les activités quotidiennes, coordonner les équipes et assurer un suivi rigoureux des opérations afin de garantir que les produits soient reçus, préparés et expédiés efficacement

 

Statut : Temps plein, permanent  

Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, quart de jour

Bureau : 9090 rue Pierre-Bonne, Montréal, QC, H1E 6W5  

Salaire : Salaire compétitif selon l’expérience

Responsabilités principales

Planifier, organiser et superviser les activités de réception, d’expédition et de stockage des produits alimentaires.

Organiser le travail de l’équipe et assurer une répartition efficace des tâches.

Planifier et coordonner les activités de la flotte de chauffeurs (tournées, horaires, imprévus).

Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et de santé et sécurité au travail.

Contrôler la conformité des marchandises reçues et expédiées (quantité, qualité, température, emballage).

Assurer une bonne coordination avec les équipes de production pour garantir la fluidité des expéditions.

Intervenir rapidement pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels sur le quai.

Veiller à l’exactitude de la documentation liée aux expéditions, réceptions et traçabilité.

Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes liée au poste.

 

Compétences et qualifications recherchées

Expérience pertinente en logistique, expédition/réception ou gestion d’entrepôt alimentaire.

Minimum de 1 an d’expérience en coordination d’équipe et en supervision de chauffeurs/livreurs.

Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail

Maîtrise des outils informatiques variées

Excellentes communications en anglais et français

Connaissance des normes HACCP, SST

The Shipping and Receiving Team Lead plays a key role in the organization and smooth execution of logistics operations. We are looking for a structured and proactive individual who can supervise daily activities, coordinate teams, and ensure rigorous operational follow-up to guarantee that products are received, prepared, and shipped efficiently.

Status: Full-time, permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise receiving, shipping, and storage activities for food products.

Organize the team’s work and ensure efficient task allocation.

Plan and coordinate the activities of the driver fleet (routes, schedules, and unexpected situations).

Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety standards.

Verify the compliance of received and shipped goods (quantity, quality, temperature, and packaging).

Maintain close coordination with production teams to ensure smooth shipping operations.

Quickly intervene to resolve operational issues on the dock (delays, damages, delivery errors).

Ensure the accuracy of documentation related to shipping, receiving, and product traceability.

Perform any other related duties required for the role.

Skills and Qualifications

Relevant experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse management in the food industry.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in team coordination and supervision of drivers/delivery staff.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with various computer tools and systems.

Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Knowledge of HACCP and occupational health and safety standards.
