Job Description
We are seeking for a skilled Trade Mark Attorney with 2-3 years PQE to join our established Intellectual Property team at Novagraaf.
You will manage a full and varied caseload of UK, EU & international trade mark, design and domain name matters, advising a wide range of clients from start-ups to multinational corporations.
Key responsibilities:
from filing, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement actions
Represent clients in trade mark disputes before relevant IPOs, as well as advising on settlement negotiations and enforcement strategy.
Assist the litigation team with trade mark, design and domain name litigation.
Assist Senior Attorneys with account management and client relationship development.
In addition to technical excellence, the role requires active participation in marketing and business development initiatives to contribute to the continued growth of the practice

UK-qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with at least 2-3years PQE experience.
Technically confident and able to autonomously run a full caseload
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, being a collaborative team player who contributes positively to firm culture
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to professional growth
Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude to emerging technologies and the impact this has on the business and clients
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and a varying workload
In addition, it is expected that the candidate will meet the foundational proficiency level of Novagraaf’s Core Competency requirements: customer connectedness, results-oriented, business/commercial awareness, flexibility and resilience.
