We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable accounting professional to manage taxation, financial compliance, and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles, direct taxation, GST, TDS, and audit processes, along with hands-on experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting activities, tax filings, reconciliations, and audit coordination while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards. Candidates with experience working in CA firms or corporate accounting environments will be highly preferred.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial record maintenance
• Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards
• Handle GST filings, TDS returns, Income Tax compliance, and related statutory requirements
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) accurately within deadlines
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely documentation submission
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization
• Maintain proper accounting records, financial statements, and supporting documentation
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for compliance-related activities
• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using Excel and accounting software
• Utilize Tally and other accounting tools for bookkeeping and reporting activities
• Assist in compliance-related activities including ROC filings when required
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting or taxation-related issues proactively
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all financial processes
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent qualification
• CA Inter qualification or relevant accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, accounting standards, and financial regulations
• Hands-on experience in ITR filing and audit coordination
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Experience working with CA firms or corporate accounting teams is highly preferred
• Knowledge of ROC compliance will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and compliance timelines efficiently
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards
