What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the entire process of Customer Sales Orders from receipt to product delivery efficiently.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all necessary shipping and market-specific documents.
• Report weekly period estimates, address customer complaints, and meticulously track these complaints.
• Manage low shelf-life products by issuing, recording, and monitoring undertakings, and provide regular updates to customers and business users.
• Support and improve the Inbound Logistics process, including identifying and documenting continuous improvement projects.
• Handle customer escalations and manage communication regarding delivery coordination.
• Adhere to lean principles, maintain daily meetings, and implement visual management processes.
• Manage personal and team workflow, professional development, and provide input on performance assessments.
• Apply expertise to achieve broad objectives, influence relationships, complete complex assignments, and lead specific projects, ensuring compliance and quality in nonstandard work.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Import and Export Documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Understanding of the SAP environment
• Possesses a positive continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
