Channel Presentation Apprentice

Job Summary
In this role, you will support the Channel Marketing teams by coordinating promo execution, ensuring optimal utilization of promo inventory and monitoring on-air presentation.

About the Team
Entertainment Revenue Operations ensures smooth post-sales execution and efficient scheduling of shows and commercial inventory. The focus is on optimizing revenue, maximizing inventory utilization, and maintaining well-structured data. Timely and accurate reporting enables informed decision-making, ensures effective delivery of every advertiser campaign, and protects a seamless, high-quality viewer experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Channel Marketing teams for promo grids.
• Liaise with OAP for Promo Id’s and Traffic teams for promo scheduling.
• Ensure optimal utilization of available FCT for promos.
• Ensure accurate log timing and correct show start times.
• Conduct post-air evaluations and highlight discrepancies.

Skills and Attributes for Success:
• Basic experience in video production, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in using AI-based tools
• Understanding of overall video production.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Preferred Education & Experience:
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills to work closely with marketing, traffic, and operations teams.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables within tight timelines.
• Organized and process-driven approach to tracking, logging, and execution.
