Role Overview
Are you a passionate, driven salesperson who’s excited about technology and the future of IoT? We’re looking for a Channel Partner Lead to join our APAC Sales team at Wireless Logic! In this role, you will be responsible for discovering and managing high-revenue accounts that will contribute to the continued success of the company. If you’re ready to bring your consultative sales skills to a fast-paced environment and thrive in a dynamic team, we want you!
• Market Exploration - Identify key players in the Thai and Filipino market and their requirements, helping Wireless Logic target them more effectively.
• Multi-Touch Sales Strategy - Actively create and manage appointments to build strong relationships and expand our customer base.
• Consultative Selling - Help prospective and current customers solve business challenges through consultation and delivering tailored, high-quality proposals.
• Sales Pipeline Management - Build and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline, consistently working toward your quarterly goals.
• Managing the sales journey – Collaborate with internal teams to identify and nuture leads, confidently present solutions to prospects, negotiate & close deals and follow up with customers after sale to build loyalty, gather feedback and seek referrals.
• Cross-Department Communication - Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, ensure smooth handovers, and exceed expectations.
• Continuous Improvement - Demonstrate an ongoing desire to deepen your understanding of the business and the IoT sector.
Qualities and qualifications:
• Consultative Sales Experience - Business development experience using a consultative sales process and solutions-based selling.
• IoT Experience - A background in IoT connectivity sales is highly desirable, or strong experience in B2B sales.
• Relationship Building - Ability to build rapport and engage decision-makers across various levels of an organisation.
• Commercial Confidence - Navigate complex topics with high-level decision-makers and demonstrate strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Communication Excellence - Master written, phone, and face-to-face communication to connect with both clients and colleagues effectively.
