Role Summary:
The Channel Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and maximizing the performance of all accredited Institutional Trust Agents of ATRAM Trust. The role ensures sustained business growth by driving sales performance, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring full compliance with ATRAM’s policies, service standards, and regulatory expectations. This position also develops capability‑building initiatives, executes channel‑focused projects, and enhances partner engagement to secure operational excellence and deliver superior client outcomes across the distribution network.
What Business Outcomes the Role is Responsible for:
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drives consistent AUM and revenue expansion by equipping Institutional Trust Agents with targeted sales strategies, timely product insights, and performance‑enabling support.
Relationship Management: Enhances channel productivity by building high‑trust, collaborative relationships with partner institutions, ensuring continuous engagement and alignment to business goals.
Project & Initiative Execution: Delivers business impact by leading channel‑related projects and initiatives that elevate partner capabilities, streamline processes, and strengthen overall channel effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For in a Successful Candidate:
Sales Capability: Applies strong sales acumen to empower partners, identify growth opportunities, and convert them into measurable business results.
Relationship Management Expertise: Builds productive, long‑term relationships with Institutional Trust Agents to drive channel engagement, operational alignment, and sustained performance.
Macro & Investment Knowledge: Leverages understanding of macroeconomic trends and investment products to guide partners effectively, support client discussions, and strengthen decision‑making across the channel.
